Here we will admire the power and the remains of the destruction of the Etna eruption of 2002. The last great eruption on the north side of Etna heading towards Linguaglossa.
After stopping at an altitude of 1850 meters, we set off again and dive into the centuries-old Ragabo Pinewood, where we breathe the scent of resin and the fresh air that the green lung of Sicily gives us. We area family of 4 (2adult/ 2 kids 11yrs,7yrs) and this tour was perfect for us. We had a private tour (3.5hrs) and our guide was really great! He was very knowledgeable about Etna and good with our kids too. he communicated quickly about any questions before the trip as well. We hit lots of scenic spots around Etna and did it quickly since kids attention moves quickly. We all really enjoyed the whole tour. It was hot but riding through the forests made for a perfect temperature and splendid memories!! Go on this tour, you will have a blast!!
