Our quad bike tour passes between the black lava flows of 1865 and 1923 that emerge between the centuries-old Ragabo pine forest and the white birch forest.
Piano Provenzana
Among the old paths of black volcanic sand we reach a maximum altitude of 1850 meters, in Piano Provenzana, where we will admire the power and the remains of the destruction of the Etna eruption in 2002. The last great eruption on the north side of Etna heading towards Linguaglossa.

The route
The quad tour is suitable for both beginners and professionals and is always carried out in small groups. The Etna tour lasts about 3.5 hours with departure and arrival at the Ragabo Refuge – Etna Nord and afterwards you have to calculate the time for lunch.

- To drive a quad bike you must have a B license and a minimum age of 18 years.
- Pregnancy
- Pregnant women can’t come on the tour.

Directions
The tour starts from Rifugio Ragabo, Linguaglossa – Etna Nord. In the centre of Linguaglossa, turn for Etna Nord, and continue on the Mareneve road for 13 km. You will find the refuge on the left. You can park here for free.
